Dr. Jack Hendricks Memorial Gift Scholarship

A gift scholarship awarded to full-time student who is a member of the Student Florida Chiropractic Association in the Doctor of Chiropractic program on the Florida campus who are enrolled in their 8th quarter or above and is involved in political activities and/or community service (history of leadership in student government or on-campus clubs). Preference will be given to students with a minimum 3.0 cGPA. Qualified applicants must submit a 500 word essay on “My Plan to be a Future Leader in My Profession”. This is a one-time scholarship; previous recipients are ineligible. The amount of the award will be a minimum of $2,500 per calendar year for as long as adequate funds are available.
