Dr. Robert Tallman Endowed Scholarship

The Dr. Robert Tallman Endowed Scholarship has been created to financially assist full-time DC students in good standing at any Palmer campus. Preference will be given to students who demonstrate financial need. The amount of the award will be a minimum of $1,000 with a maximum award amount being subject to the annual amount available, not to exceed the amount of one standard approved Academic term’s tuition. One large scholarship or multiple meaningful scholarships may be awarded at the discretion of the College.
