Dr. B. Leslie and Amy Lindquist Memorial Endowed Scholarship

An endowed scholarship awarded to a full-time student in good academic standing in the Doctor of Chiropractic program on the Davenport campus who must be enrolled in 4th trimester or higher and have a minimum 2.0 cGPA. Preference will be given to the applicant from the state of Indiana; however all students are encouraged to apply. The amount of the award will be a minimum of $500 with a maximum award amount being subject to the annual amount available, not to exceed the amount of one standard approved Academic term’s tuition. As available balances increase, multiple awards may be given at the discretion of College.
